About a year ago, I wrote an entry about Vaanster. A Dutch company that said to be 100% Dutch and environmental friendly. They are also really proud to show off that their service is used by famous buildings in the Netherlands.
That entry was a year ago. Until a few weeks ago, it is still a problem. They had problems (it means that my apartment didn't get any warm water at all) but they didn't care. We got no phone call. No announcement. We just had to enjoy the problem. They might think that we are okay for the last 2 years, why not now.
But okay, I don't even want to complain about Vaanster anymore. That's what we call: time literally wasted.
Just found out that they finally use their Twitter account (@vaanster) and they showed everything they have. But really, I have difficulty believing it. And also the big question: why the fuck they are busy with Twitter while their biggest problem is their service and professionalism?
